Youth Club at the Old School Moretonhampstead Youth Club is a new venture sponsored by Leader Plus and run by Moretonhampstead Association for Youth in partnership with Devon Youth Service. Go to this link for information about King George V Sports and Community Centre. Please contact the centre on 01647 440107 or drop in between 1pm-9pm Mon-Fri, Sat 10am-7pm or Sun 10am-5pm. Moretonhampstead holiday Activity Club is an exciting club  for 5-11 year olds run by Moretonhampstead Association for Youth in "The Yard" at Moretonhampstead Old School on Fore St. There are loads of activities, themed days, workshops, outdoor sports and indoor arts and crafts, workshops and games for the children to enjoy whether rain or shine! It runs during the Easter and summer school holidays providing your children with loads of entertainment and sports and the good care that they enjoy. The aim of the Club is to provide a fun safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for all the children in our care. We are Ofsted registered and all our staff are CRB checked. East Dartmoor U3A is a new and thriving group. Monthly meetings in Moretonhampstead have a variety of interesting speakers. At other times enthusiastic groups meet regularly in members homes and relevant venues. Visitors and new members are always welcome.

The annual subscription is only £5. A small fee is charged for visitors.

Tuesday Market!! Moretonhampstead holds a market every Tuesday in the Parish Hall on Fore St near the church. There you can find local produce, arts and crafts, plants, bric-a-brac and much more!! Open from 10am.
