We are a traditional village cricket club playing friendly games on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings throughout the summer against local villages on and around the moor at some of the most picturesresque and idyllic grounds in Devon.  The club has new facilities including a pavillion with bar at the  King George V Playing Fields, for those important post match discussions.

We welcome players of all ages and abilities, taking part and enjoying the game
is the most important part and we endeavour to give everyone an opportunity to play,  although there is no lack of competitive edge.

There are practices on Wednesday and Sunday evening when games are not scheduled, and we also run a Colts training scheme on Sunday mornings, which at the present is in its infancy but we are planning to arrange fixtures in the future.

There is a long history of cricket in Moretonhampstead and we are in the fourth year of rebuilding the club after a brief hiatus from playing.
