Spring into Life with a fresh start for the year!

As the flowers and trees begin to show signs of blooming this is a perfect time for you to make some new resolutions for the year and take steps to making them happen. Come along to a free workshop where you will look at what you would like for the year, how to create goals and create a Vision Board to take home with you to help you focus on where you want to be by the end of 2010.

The workshop is run by Katheryn Hope who is a qualified teacher ad therapist presently training in Life Coaching and who will lead this fun and constructive day.
