An introduction to bird-watching that can lead on to a course. The day will include; tips on how to identify birds, what to expect in different habitats, biology and behaviour, an introduction to field craft and nature awareness and the equipment and resources available to get the most out of bird-watching. The day will comprise of an indoor session and then a short field trip to look for birds.
