Simple Foot and Face Massage with Aromatherapy
Come and discover the wonderful benefits and art of aromatherapy with a qualified therapist. You will learn about essential oils, their background and uses and how to create mixtures for yourself at home. You will learn some basic massage techniques so you can practice a face and foot massage on friends and family at home and enjoy a lovely relaxing day. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, cushion and towel. Oils provided.
