Chocolate Day to make yummy home made chocolates in time for Valentines Day
A wonderfully indulgent day in preparation for Valentine's Day when you can make lovely home-made chocolates in a special little box for your loved one or even for you! Come prepared to get sticky, have a lot of fun and taste lots of chocolate on this truly yummy day!
Gabrielle worked for many years for BBC TELEVISION and produced three series of "Rhodes Around Britain", a programme presented by chef Gary Rhodes which championed British food. Gabrielle has hands on experience running a food business and won "Best Chocolate Cake in Britain" Award.
