BiodanzaBiodanza it is an international movement based system of demonstrated exercises that over time integrates the physical, emotional & mental systems and creates a sense of joy, connection, well-being and improves health. There are no set steps and it is open to any aged adult.

The next Biodanza class will be Monday 20th June (then weekly until July 25th)
Time :7:30-9:30pm (doors open 7:15)
at Moretonhampstead Parish Hall, Youth Room
(which can be accessed via the left hand side of the building,
through the 2nd white door.
Cost : £8, £7 concessions, £30 for 6 (pre-paid cards available)
