Learning to Muscle Check

Learning to Muscle Check

Date & Time: 05 September 2011
Location The Bowring Library
Organisation Moretonhampstead Development Trust

Learn the basics of the practice of muscle-checking to use at home. Muscle checking is a unique and simple way to determine exactly what forces, both external and internal, are stressful of positive for you and is used in the practice of Kinesiology. During the day we'll cover an introduction to muscle checking, its uses and benefits in everyday life and how to perform muscle checking both on yourself and others. You don't have to be physically strong to do the check or be checked. It is a useful tool to find out information about your body i.e. intolerances and allergies, for improved well-being and a good adjunct to other therapies too.

Saturday 8th October 1-4.30pm in the library meeting room.
