Come to our fantastic Moreton Carnival!
An exciting annual event with lots going on culminating with the fantastic Carnival procession!
Events During Carnival Time
Moretonhampstead Carnival day is on the fourth Thursday in August, which falls on 23rd in 2012. The committee organise numerous events leading up to Carnival Day. There is music in the square and dancing the night away, with everything from the jazz to hip hop - there is always something for everyone!
We also have a band on Carnival Day. The Grand Procession starts at 6.30pm and there are usually around 80 entries.
This year promises to be as exciting as ever! All times and events are subject to alteration so see posters around town.

Carnival Karaoke/talent Night
Carnival Skittles Night
Carnival Fete
Carnival Quiz Night
Carnival Baby Show
Dancing in the Square on the evening before Carnival
