Cookery Courses

Gabrielle JacksonOur cookery courses are presented by Gabrielle Jackson, a popular presenter who has worked with the BBC and won the 'Best Chocolate Cake in Britain' award. All our courses are relaxed, fun and entertaining and we include all the ingredients in the price so you don't need to bring food with you. You may like to bring a container to take it home though! many of our courses are suitable for children too and children under fifteen go free with a paying adult. Please let us know the names and ages of your children when you book. No more than two children per paying adult.

Would you like to be able to cook some simple and delicious dishes? This is a day especially for men who would like to cook something interesting and nutritious. Gabrielle will show you the steps to creating different meals on this fun and informative day. All ingredients are provided and there will be lots of tasting and trying! If you are a man and need some cooking tips this is a day not to be missed. If you are a woman and want your man to cook send him a long! No experience necessary.

BreadBaking Bread Day with Gabrielle Jackson

It's a staple part of many diets - forming the basis of breakfast as toast, sandwiches for a lunch , and then appearing at dinner or supper as an accompaniment to soup or stew. Find out how to make your own delicious bread. Gabrielle will talk about the history of breafd-making and provide quick and easy recipes as well as unusual types of bread for every occasion. A wonderful day for all the family and you will go home with your own baked bread!

Gabrielle cakeBaking Cakes Day with Gabrielle Jackson

A wonderfully indulgent day for all the family when you can make lovely home made cakes! Come prepared to get sticky, have a lot of fun and taste lots of chocolate and other delicious ingredients on this truly yummy day! Gabrielle is a well-known Cookery presenter with a wealth of knowledge and has won the 'Best Chocolate Cake in Britain' award. This course is suitable for children of 8 and above. Children upto 10 yrs go free with a paying adult. Only 2 free children per paying adult. Come and have a wonderful tasty day together learning how to make different kinds of delicious cake.
