Moreton Festival of Food and Drink Volunteers needed!

Moreton Festival of Food and Drink Call for Volunteers

The date for the Food Festival is March 6th and as it creeps ever closer we now have 50 stalls confirmed. in order to manage the event on the day we need some volunteers to help ensure the safe and successful running of the day. Park and Ride will be running from The Miniature Pony Centre and other locations (weather dependant) back in to Moreton. 

If you can help for an hour or the whole day or anywhere in between please let us know as soon as you can by calling Peter Middleton on 441288 or email moretonfestival@btinternet.com . Please don't assume that because 6 months ago you casually mentioned 'of course I will help' to us that we will remember - please call or mail now. Thanks.

Let us know if you have a particular area of preference and or expertise. You could be managing parking, helping exhibitors set up, guiding visitors, helping to man the admin desk Lunch is provided on the day and you get to wear a bright yellow/orange jacket and if you are really good your own radio!

A meeting and briefing will be held in The Stag Suite at The White Hart at 7pm on Thursday 4th March, please come along so we can be sure that everyone understands the plan and how they can play an importat part in what will be a great day for Moretonhampstead. Bob Small, Alastair Wimberley and I, with a little help from our friends have got it this far we really do need your help to push it over the line.
