Moretonhampstead Annual Carnival

The Moreton Carnival runs every year on the 4th Thursday in August. This is a fantastic tourist attraction and people come from all over the country to visit Moretonhampstead during Carnival week. There are the usual floats and the Carnival Queen during the procession that starts at 6.30pm on Thursday evening. There are fetes, competitions, music and much more going on up to Carnival night and a fair in the local Sentry.
